Just got access from the new CoroCoro and it's confirmed some new pokemon battle modes. With all the Pokken Tournament success, the developers decide to put a new place in the cities callled PokkenMania.
You can only use Fighting Type, Pikachu Libre and some humanoid pokemon. If you win the tournament, you also get Tournament Belts with different battle effects. Some mega stones like the Machampite are only obtainable winning special tournaments.
Ah, and of course, they finally revealed the new starters, but this is a surprise for another day.
This actually sounds like a neat idea if we executed, atleast it's something new and different. And it seems like something they would totally do, pandering to pokken fans.
I'd be scared over GF's execution of the concept, though.

Can you post ANYTHING to make yourself sound more believeable? Like a corner of the magazine or something? I'm desperate for leaks. I don't care about Pokken, but knowing starters will be revealed is nice to know.
