Chansey went to UU and came back. Mewtwo stayed in Ubers all the way along. Starmie was right there with Gengar till this gen, but I think it went to UU for a bit. It's back now. Gyarados swam up the waterfall to OU for a while but now it's getting tired and fading again. Zapdos lost it in gen 5. Dragonite was BL for gens 2 and 3 but otherwise it's still on its A game.
Not much has survived the creep. Exeggutor, persian, tauros, victreebel, jynx, lapras and golem used to be top tier, but look at em now.
