Take this template, and mark every Pokémon you can remember using. Whether it's only ones you've used for full playthroughs or just ones for short periods within playthroughs is up to you.

My list used a different template but I felt a new one with borders would be easier to edit. The older generations having much higher usage is just because I've played Gen 1-3 games (and hacks of said games) a lot more than Gen 4-6 games.
Blue: Hall of fame (or evolved into a mon in it)
Green: Temporarly on the team/HM Slave/Incomplete run

I was much more willing to experiment during Generation I-III, although I never touched some of those Gen I Pokemon until Gen VI.
I guess I've also replayed those games more.
Varying levels of contribution. For example, I power-leveled an Azumarill in the Daycare to take on Flannery and then boxed it, and I only used Gurdurr and Boldore for as long as it was reasonable to keep using NFE Pokemon.

Can I ask how you used Dratini and Dragonite but not Dragonair? Is there a place you can get wild Dragonite?

I used Dratini way back in Blue, but didn't evolve it. I caught a level 50 Dragonair in Y, but didn't do a damn thing with it until it evolved, at which point it became an HM slave.
I didn't feel it was necessary to count it when it contributed nothing.

Every new run I always use the same Pokemon, except for Platinum, in which I used most Pokemon.
Looks like I have a lot of work to do in the latter 3 generations

I've played too much pokemon
I usually only play through a game once so my teams are kinda limited. Slight exception for Gen 1 and 3 through since I've played FRLG and RSE a couple of times over on emulators.
I thought I'd have a harder time remembering what I'd used and not, but it's funny how many of these jumped out at me as I scanned over the list.
