if you growl at the pokemon with the special for mew six times mew will be lvl 1 and if it gains just a little bit of experience it will lvl up to 100
also in a youtube video it said if you leer at it 6 times it will have max stats- this could be complete shit however because the vid was made on april first but I think the only joke was after that so idk
