Almost certainly not. The way Sun and Moon are being promoted is like a new generation. At most, they'll be like Gen 2 was to Gen 1. But they are definitely Gen 7

If they can somehow capture the magic that was present in Gen2 by creating an impressive and grand connected world, I'd like to see it.
