Help me, /vp/

I'm participating on a doubles tournament in a few days and I have no idea what I'm doing. I am paralyzed by all the strategies and pokemon I have ton plan for. I know for a fact there will be a lot of faggots with legendaries as the tournament is pretty much anything goes.

I have never used legendaries so I have no idea what's good or not. I have never double battled before either. Can you set me up with a base team to start with that would hopefully cover my bases? I can tweak it from there, I just don't know where to start.
