Beautiful. The scene where Tysplosion comes out to avenge Brunswick gave me so much chills. It was so perfectly illustrated. My only gripe is that I wish it were longer, but then I would have become a little too attached, and the plot twist would have been too much.
So yeah, overall, pretty amazing job.

Oh wow I never noticed, Honchkrow, Electivire, Magmortar etc. weren't added to the new Johto Dex. Only Tangrowth, Mamoswine, Lickilicky, Yanmega, and Ambipom were, since they evolve by knowing a move, so you can't limit items to prevent their evolutions early.

This was surprisingly great. Was expecting autism, but this is on the tier of the good old Nuzlocke fancomics. Excellent art, simple and appealing style, conveys a lot of emotion. I find that most nuzlocke comics that try to log the entire adventure get a little tiresome. My experience of actually playing a nuzlocke was 95% boring and grindy with a couple of real memorable emotional gutpunches that came out of nowhere. So I thought I'd focus the comic solely on one of those moments and leave out all the other stuff.

On the subject of nuzlocke comics in general, one of my pet peeves is when they make the comic about the NPC's. The game already gives those guys a story, a fancomic doesnt need to; instead I think a nuzlocke comic should be about the trainer and the pokemon, since those are what's unique to a given run.
Pokemon: Hard Mode is kind of guilty of this, but it's better than most because it mostly turns the NPC's into jokes rather than trying to play them straight.

I always recommend going ahead and making a comic. I can't speak for everyone, but it's extremely helpful in developing as an artist. Especially if you're the type of person who isn't afraid to experiment and try new things every time you sit down to draw.
