I think the game is getting on worked on atm but I doubt they just started on it a month or two ago. If I was working on one of the more hyped games of the year, I would keep all the info wrapped and only show concept art to stir up speculations whether it will appear in the game or not.

What are you talking about? Last month we got Volcanion's distribution confirmed and were promised they would start coverage of the games, and in February we got the reveal of Magearna, the first Gen 7 Mythical, that's hardly nothing.

How exactly was it "rushed as fuck"? Because it didn't have much of a post game? That's really the only reason you can say it was "rushed" because for it to actually be rushed they would have needed to release it the exact year they started development of it, but I recall reading somewhere that they had worked on it since Black and White released, that was 2010, they had three years to work on it. They had to develop all the models, construct the region in 3D, and much more while making the games from the ground up with a brand new engine that they were still trying to figure out.
