I wanted to just make a team with Pokes I like because honestly people that run 6 OUs simply for the fact that they are OU are pretty boring
Galvantula is a suicide lead, it's there to setup web and get off a twave before dying. Crobat, Steelix and Quagsire are there for a bulky core to wear them down, Crobat deals with Steelix's counters and Quagsire looks after Crobat. Meanwhile I'll be searching for an oppurtunity to switch Toxicroak in and setup a Swords Dance, and Chandelure is in there because I need a special sweeper to clean up. Last slot was between Dugtrio, Machamp and Chandelure. I really wanted to have a Gen One bro on my team but not having a special attacker would be pretty rough. Lastly my team has no checks or counters for Dragons, but it has resistances and immunities to pretty much everything else. I'm glad it all came together and I can't wait to see how battling goes. I have an Omega Ruby bro here who's training up his own team, so that should be fun too.
As for Pokeballs, this is what I'm aiming for:
Quick Ball - Galvantula
Heavy Ball - Steelix
Dive Ball - Quagsire
Great Ball - Toxicroak
Timer Ball - Chandelure
I guess I could try breeding a Shiny Crobat in a Heal Ball?
Anyone have any ideas for more suitable balls for Toxicroak, Quagsire, Crobat and Chandelure? Quagsire needs to have Unaware tho, not sure if that's his HA or not
