I was thinking of making a set bulky enough that it can DD enough times to make it count, then drain back the HP it lost. Crunch is there for spooks and Taunt to deal with stallfaggotry. Lum Berry is self-explanatory.
Only intended this as a gimmick anyway, but thanks.

Would Scrappy or MB Storm Throw work for any kind of set?
That's 135 base coming off of a good attack stat that cuts through defense buffs and reflect. Maybe I'm just overestimating the damage, but it seems like it could be very useful.

Careful nature with SpDef investment and Bulk Up instead of Dragon Dance is something you may want to consider. Also, I'm not sure about Taunt.
Assault Vest + Drain Punch + Dark STAB + 2 coverage attacks is an option as well considering Scrafty's impressive offensive movepool.
