The basic gist of it all is that one of the various early 'leaks' pertaining to Sun/Moon was created by some Anon who mentioned that James Turner conducted a presentation on Pokemon Design at CalArts, and was sending them photos.
This went on for well over an hour before the ruse was fully discovered. This anon became dubbed 'Timmy Turner' and has since periodically been tossing in new 'fake leaks' since then.
