I made special Attack higher so it can have strong Power Gems. Serene Grace is Hidden Ability so you can score a boost from Ancient Power and Baton Pass it. Or just make Rock Slide more likely to flinch, I guess.

You guys don't seem to grasp that Eeveelutions are supposed to be the embodiment of their type. Rock types are slow and have poor special stats but are known for having high defense.
I mean you get weird things like Leafeon yeah, but for the most part Espeon has 130 sp att, Flareon has poor physical defense, and Jolteon has 130 speed, all of which make sense for their type.
Unless the design for rock eevee strays from typical Rock types, giving it high speed is just stupid.
How about instead of yet more Eeveeshit they just add a new Pokemon with lots of branches since they have at this point rehashed every single Pokemon that isn't Eevee.

I couldn't find it but there was this old rock type eevee concept where it had an Onix-like tail that had smaller rocks at the base of the tail that got progressively larger down the length of the tail, where it ended off with a boulder. I liked that idea.
Pic related is obviously similar to Jolteon but I like the colors.

I could imagine getting something this frail to set-up could be very rewarding; consequently the movepool should expand to include options that don't allow "Litheon" to be easily threatened out.

Oh yeah, because Umbreon, a mixed wall, is totally the embodiment of Dark types (most are special or mixed attackers). And Leafeon, a fast physical attacker, is certainly what all grass types aspire to be (Most are special and bulky).
Or I could point to Terrakion, Archeops, Kabutops, Aerodactyl, and Mega Diancie, all fast Rock types, or the fact that Rock Polish is a speed boosting move that nearly every Rock type gets.
Rock types can be fast, and more should be.

They really do seem to have made Eeveelutions for all the types that were classified as special before gen 3, fairy type presumably being special.
The only one left is Dragon, so I think they will have a stand-alone Dragon eeveelution in Su/Mo, but I don't think they'll stop there.
Maybe after Su/Mo there will be another trio of Eeveelutions, this time out of physical types. Fighting/Rock/Flying isn't perfect but it would work.

Right, there's no way in hell that a Rock Eeveelution would get 130, or even 110 Speed, but I do think it could get 95. I also don't think the 110 or 130 will go to SpA, due to Rock types being too stereotypically physical.
Diancie's Diamond Storm was a prime chance for GF to go special for Rock types, and the fact that it's physical makes it clear that GF will default to physical for Rock. I'd say it could look like this:

The majority of Dragons have balanced offensive stats. I don't even see Draceon getting Dragon Claw for some reason, Eeveelutions seem too petite. Although it could probably learn Dragon Rush and be tutored Outrage, I would rather invest more in SpA for Draco Meteor.
