I think the base stats of an average human would be something like this:

ATK: 70
DEF: 65
SPA: 1
SPD: 65
SPE: 45
BST: 321
What would be some of our abilities, moves, etc?
If we're assuming compared to the average Pokemon, everything in the single digits.

nah man base stats are 320 which is about as strong as Pikachu. If we ignore special attack then that is about as strong as a Wigglytuff. I honestly felt like I was low balling. The only reason Pokemon seem so much stronger is because of all the attacks they can learn

Pokemon only seem super strong with all their fancy moves but they actually aren't that strong. Humans should be able to learn tackle/scratch/bite/etc. Tackle has 50 base power, for comparison absorb only has 40 so its actually weaker and razor leaf has only 55 so its barely stronger. Now consider the fact that Giga Impact is only three times stronger than the average tackle even though it may seem like its forty times stronger.
