I want the starters secondary types to be steel, ice and ground.
I don't really care what species they'd be, really. A quadraped Fire type and a speedy, physical offensive Water starter would be pretty awesome, though.

If you want to use the species name for Cyndaquil, you have to do the same thing for the other pokemon too. Which means Charmander, Chimchar, and Fennekin all don't fit, as they are a lizard, chimp, and a fox, not a dragon, monkey, and a dog.
