Time Travel makes more sense for Fairy type than Psychic. Faeries are ageless, immortal beings and time is explicitly said to pass differently within their realm, you could spend a night there and come back to find out fifty years have passed, etc. Dozens if not hundreds of Fairy Tales involve some manner of time fuckery.
