Just assume they have maxed EVs and IVs in the correct stats.Nature is listed after item
If you have Mega Gardevoir why use Moonblast when you can run Hyper Voice? Why Hypnosis? Gardevoir isn't really fast enough to make good use of it.

I see what you're going for, but I'd run anything else that's not a choice item

I'd run Leech Seed over Leaf Storm on Venusaur
Why not Mega Salamence? It really appreciates the mixed capability and speed boost.
Mega Lucario needs boosting moves to maximize its threat potential.

I would just put Rocky Helmet on Ferro and call it a day on Mega Kang.

I agree with Venusaur
I sweep with mega Gardevoir like 80% of the time, I have to mega Gyarados to compete. Just trying to not mega stone a whole team.

Swords Dance is fine, but then I would definitely have Extreme Speed on the set. I'd drop Iron Tail and Crunch. I'd also make it Jolly and maybe do some calcs to and deallocate some points from Atk into bulk.
Charcoal boosts only one of its moves by 20%. I'd rather just Life Orb the poor thing.
