The game requires japanese language packs and your computer to be in japanese locale or emulated via Locale Emulator provided in the download. If you don't do this, numbers will be bugged or the game won't run at all:

That's rude. Raiko is not dumb and she has a really fun boss fight.

So looking at EHina's usage stats, it seems many people use her as a Drain Seed/Nature Barrier stall kind of puppet, but that just seems like a waste to me when she has a massive 130 Focus Attack stat.
Of course Holy Flare (Sacred Fire but 2 more PP) is up there, but I think I'd rather have a second STAB over Changeling or Nature Barrier.
