Why, the one with moody of course. She's already sickningly fast and strong and with one or two lucky moody boosts you can end up unstoppable.
She doesn't have many moves though, so your moveset is usually very predictable.

Power is an extremely scary glass canon, a single hit of it is sure to take down pretty much any puppet unless they have resists up their ass. It is however pretty slow and very, very frail. Best you can do is throw it against something that has to switch out and hope you can sneak two hits with the sturdy ability for a 2 for 1 trade. Still, she definetly can't work alone.
Meanwhile assist has pretty much no offensive capabilities while still having the same two meh abilities. She does has some nice defenses, and can self destruct, set traps, barriers, etc.
You can also spam full metal crash with both while suffering no recoil thanks to her ability, but overrall both forms don't have this much going on for them. I'd pick assist.

Those are not recoil moves, only way to stop those is if there's an equivalent of damp in pokemon. Even then, it'll not work at all.

Gigantic
Strategy is to either predict a switch into something who's using a status move or switch into something that has to run away then miasma the switch(if you don't think it's steel typed), could also count on your team to help.
You'll after be with two 130 BP STABs with no drawback. Gigantic is there for coverage against those dark and steel threats, you can also get Glamour Pandemic in there for coverage against pesky light types.
Another option is getting Will'o wisp and replacing mysterious liquid with poison bomb. Weaker but more reliable.
Changeling is also always an option.
Biggest issue are steel types, of course, and you're also frail and scared of strong priority users or speedy sweepers. Forest Therapy and First Aid also make her sad.
Also, as would be expected of Seiga, this way of running her becomes much better with her abusing help of her friends so she can best torment enemies. It's pretty damn fun to run.

My win ratio would skyrocket. I had many stupid undeserved wins where I simply got lucky with an ancient power I had for talonflames. Other games use acceptable amounts of RNG that would far more rarely affect the outcome, to the point only card games are more subject to allowing the worse player to win, and many of these have been adding more and more library searches or sinmilar.

Pokemon is RNG. Even back when I was a serious Smogonite I knew that it was heavily RNG-based, and that sometimes things just go horribly wrong (or right). TPDP is also RNG and thus not really viable as a competitive game, but I don't think anyone really wants it to go that way anyways

well, the wiki has the stats, typings and movesets of the new puppets
you can still easily tell how much power, accuracy and priority a move has, and you can tell the type or class (focus/spread) from the colors
for the new abilities, though, i'd say your best bet is looking them up on the japanese wiki, running them through a translator and hoping it comes out coherent enough

Some amount of randomness is fine for a competitive game and won't destroy it - Melee is a completely acceptable competitive game despite there being some mechanically based RNG and you won't see anyone trying to ban Peach or G&W from tournaments. It's just that Raikoanon is extremely cavalier on encouraging an anti-competitive mindset for TPDP and is more interested in theorycrafting than anything else.

My bad, my bad, thought you were a bit more against comp stuff.
CirnoP is dumb because she can either run Speed Boost + Red Mark to become untouchably fast after a few turns of combat as well as being able to easily force switches with STAB Water/Nature coverage + Fighting attacks like Break Shot, or she can run Hustle + Green Mark along with Binoculars to make massive dents in the opponent with physical attacks at the cost of a bit of Speed.
The best part is, she doesn't even fear priority as much as a lot of other squishy glass cannons: she's typically going to be faster than a lot of priority users, and Icicle Machine Gun is both priority and can do a massive amount of damage if CirnoP gets lucky with the hit amount.

Quite good, as far as production values go, think over 100(counting uniquely animated costumes) in an amount of fakemons animated in better quality sprites than gen 5. As well as animating moves, spriting some different tipes, etc.
OST is all composed of remixes and as far as moveset creativity goes, it has a significantly different type chart and, outside of staple uniques like Shedinja or Wobuffet, there aren't many 1:1 equivalents to pokemon.

That depends, there are many brands of immortality out there.
There are some characters who don't die because they were banned from afterlife, but she has some authority in what happens to some, so who knows.
There are some who do die, but whose soul/spirit wanders around then returns,in which case could she do anything?
The description of her powers has hourai as an specific exception of immortality which lets us assume she can plow through some sorts of immortality, but there isn't a precise benchmark about who she'd kill or not.

Tenshi in general got buffed. TenshiP in particular went from 70 speed to 95 (!!). Combine that with 130 att and 85/115 fo def and you've got a great spread.
For coverage she gets earthquake, steel double-edge, high tone crush, hammer arm, and some other good ones.
Oh, and for abilities you choose between sturdy or mold breaker.
So TenshiP is rockn' (HAAAA) a great spread, great coverage, and great abilities. She's a force.
A bit less popular is TenshiE. Earth/Fire type. She's a bulky sp attacker with 120 on the offense and 120/130 sp bulk. She gets Regenerator and some ability tied to a shitty weather.
Looks like her more popular set include fire-type knockoff, a spread steel earthquake, 95 power spread earth, aaaaand fissure. There is also one new move that's common, but I don't recall where data on new moves is.

Fuck everyone who says she's worthless, get assist on her and get the paralysis wave thing that gives confusion and paralyze, stealth trap, the wind thing that swaps enemy puppets, and continue
She becomes impossible to kill if you give her more defense and health, especially with continue and possibly rations.
She'll deal no damage, but using the swap thing to get paralysis, confusion, and some damage off from the traps on every enemy puppet makes it very easy to wipe their team after you switch her out with a damage dealer.
How come steel is so poor defensively?

It has the same amount of resistances and weaknesses. Most types in the game do, so Steel is rather average in that regard.
What resistances it does have though, are very important: Wind was king before YnK, not so much now but they're still strong. Steel's a good offensive typing. This meta is kind to Poison-types, so an immunity is nice. Illusion is irrelevant though, I'll give you that.
It'd be better without Warp around, honestly.
