The Jirachi distribution with Pokemon Channel was only for Eurofags Anon. I know this because I got Pokemon Channel back when it first came out, and I heard about the Jirachi that came with it and got excited, only to find out that Amerifats can't get it. However, pre-orders of Pokemon Colosseum included a bonus disc with Jirachi on it. That was the only way to get it.

What Nature type should I aim for?
I'm getting the legendaries for collection purposes only, but I still like knowing I got the best nature for that specific 'mon.
I'm disappointed my walmart didn't have the Jirachi TCG set. I did see the label,but not in a stock.

It can be that. Did you turned off your 3DS or removed your cartridge while receiving the Mystery Gift? If something happens while you are receiving your Mystery Gift then you can't receive the same gift again. That's how work with Codes but I don't know if it happens with Internet Mystery Gifts.
