Holy fuck that base 105 attack and that movepool. I mean sure almost all of his level up moves are special but he makes it up by having tons of great TM moves and Move Tutor moves. Why haven't I used a Muk yet?! I have underestimate this monster.

Put 252 hp and an Assult Vest on it and you've got a Sylveon with coverage. Also people tend to forget the Nornal typing. Free turns against Gengar.
Its hard for me to make a B/W run without one.
