I like Gen V a lot but I consider it to have problems.

I'd say RS is about as good as FRLG but I don't have RS ranked in a tier because it's outdated. The Frontier alone makes Emerald one of my favorites and raises it above FRLG.

An earlier draft of my list had BW2 in God tier (and FLRG in High Tier, there originally was no "Good Tier"), but then I had six games in God Tier and it was just too many. Out of the six games that were there, I think BW2, with the same regional issues as BW1 and starting the trends of being overly handholding, easy Legendaries, and Gym Leaders not having enough Pokémon, was the weakest of said six, though I still think it has plenty of strengths to it, enough to put it on the second highest tier.

See above. I consider ORAS better than XY because RS are a better base and make for a better game by default. ORAS are godawful remakes, certainly, but if we look at the games without comparing them to RSE and only comparing them with XY, I think ORAS is the stronger experience of the two.
