Clefable. It's popular-ish and is related to the moon. I really hope I'm wrong, though, since I think it'd kill all chance of Wigglytuff getting a mega this gen. I was SURE Magcargo and Mr. Mime would get megas for the region based on France, but that didn't happen, so being related to the sun or moon probably isn't really enough to get one this time.
In terms of popularity, I think the Pokemon that were chosen for Pokken are probably good candidates: Chandelure, Weavile, Suicune especially. I'd also love to see a Machamp mega with even more arms.
