What was your first deliberately caught shiny, and how'd ya get it?
Pic related, 466 resets in OR.I recently checked it's IVs, it's got perfect in HP, Atk, SpAtk, and Speed.

This was my first.... I got a 0 speed one about 600 eggs in and almost gave up but lucked out and got this guy 2 boxes later (sp atk is a 6 and sp def is 21).

I haven't bothered to try, but I feel like I've done enough breeding that I should have seen one by now.

I've had a shiny/jolly Metagross named Metatron in every game since gen 3.... and since this one added that pentagon bullshit I had to breed a new bro for ranked battles.
A Furfrou in Y version. After finding out what shiny Furfrou looked like through pic related, I started breeding for one. Hatched it in less than 50 eggs.
first on-purpose shiny was a Clauncher? Clawitzer? the lobster cannon. It looks badass in red.

RNG abused shiny Rayquaza on Emerald. Took a few hours on live cartridge due to split-second timing is necessary.
Have since been RNG abusing every time I could.

My Timid 31/2/31/30/31/31 HP Grass shiny Raikou in a fast ball.
Though I am working on getting a flawless HP ice one on Colosseum and stuffing it with 80 ribbons.

I mostly treated shinies like incidentals until X and Y, where my first shiny was Fletchling. I traded it away for an event legendary.

First Shiny was a Lapras gifted to me by the guy in the Saffron Co in Pokémon Leaf Green.
Second shiny was a golden geodude encountered in pokemon heartgold in the rockets basement in the 7th gym's city.

All caught randomly before B/W except for Herdier.
Herdier was the only one I searched, well I didn't search for Herdier specifically, I was finally in route 10 and I just told to myself : "Let's catch a Shiny before the League"
My luckiest find and catch was probably Rhyhorn, I was looking for one and I had no luck in catching one (It was my sixth attempt at least).
Only gotten 3 random shinnies: Noctowl in Pearl, Palpitoad in White, and Golbat in OR.
Shiny Ariados in either Diamond or Platinum using the Radar
I have no idea how I did it considering how much I hate the Radar

Milotic(Feebas) after 2 weeks of finding the spot every day and constantly fishing there in Diamond. It was a female and had a Bold nature too. I was so happy.

A shiny Nidoran-M I Masuda'd in memoriam of the shiny Nidorino I found in Silver. Perfect IV spread and Hustle without having hatched a female or regular Ability shiny beforehand. To put it in perspective, the chances of that happening is 1/7680, slightly more likely than finding a shiny in Gen 4 and 5 through a random battle.

I hatched a Modest Shiny Ralts after ten or so boxes in X & Y ages ago, with no Shiny Charm. It had four perfect IVs and was female.

My first shiny Pokemon I ever caught was Fletchling on Route 3 in Pokemon X
I named him Mercury
My second caught shiny was a female Oddish that was in a horde on Route 119
I named her Mikoto
Shiny Dunsparce in Pearl with the Pokeradar.
Sometimes I feel like I'm the only one that loved the pokeradar, my pearl still has like 6 boxes of shinies from using it

My shiny Haxorous was the first Masuda Method I did IIRC. Reshiram was the first legendary I SR for until I got the shiny.
I got the free shiny Haxorous in Black 2 but I bred for it anyway since I wanted better I.V's on it.

My shiny Charizard. Came out adamant with 31//31/31/X/31/31 so it became my ace. I finished getting the last ribbon available in 6th gen on it yesterday.
Been trying for a shiny MM sneasel for the past five days. When it does hatch the iv will be perfect except for maybe SpAtk which is negligible for sneasel. But the game knows it'll be a good Pokémon so it's reluctant.
It will however give the the shittiest tepig in 31 eggs
Without counting the shiny Gyarados in gen 2 Lake of Rage it was a shiny Zigzagoon in Ruby also in that same run I got a shiny Oddish in the safari zone and a shiny Wailmer, evolved them all but a week later my cartridge got stolen

The only one I've naturally caught is a Trapinch. Still have my gorgeous blue and gold Flyon to this day.
My first shiny was a Swablu in Emerald. Have found many, many others since then.

Hatched a shiny chespin and wooper a few days ago - both in under 100 eggs with no shiny charm. Bulbasaur is my next project
My shiny Camerupt in Emerald. I was hunting for it just for fun and ended up getting it after ~1,600 RE's. It was so lucky that I actually caught it, because the Gameboy I caught it on is really unreliable and randomly turns off and resets sometimes.
