She gets outzoned by the zoners and out melee'd by the melee characters, has no strong approaches, no blue attacks, short grab range and no combo game without sunny day charges.
Her safest attack in duel phase (forward Y) isn't even safe because it forces rock/paper/scissors.
She's really good but needs some help.

Fire Blast/Overheat for Stab, Psyshock against special walls, Grass Knots for coverage and Light Screen in case you get in the position of forcing your opponent a switch, you can setup this for free. Especially nice if your opponent goes for a water pokey thinking it's over.
I like Timid over Modest because 90 SpA isn't... the worst? but 73 Spe is.
