You should try running it as a setup sweeper. Hyper Voice and Rock Polish are a must. Add coverage moves like Ancient Power, Thunderbolt or Hidden Power to your liking. I personally like Modest with max investment into SpA and HP. A Rock Polish lets you outspeed pretty much everything you need even without investment. Use Life Orb for extra power or Focus Sash if you're having problems getting off a RP without dying.

Have you ever trained a Deino in-game? It takes for-fucking-ever because it's in the "Slow" leveling rate...the second slowest in the EXP gained/Level-Up ratio, and Evolves at the latest level for every pokemon that evolves via leveling. Stage 2 at level 50, and stage 3 at level 64. Hence, Le Grinding Mame.
