Zangoose or Seviper?

Tough choice.
Neither are all that good but the goose can at least utilize a Toxic Orb gimmick. Seviper doesn't really have much going for him
How there is even a rivalry between these two baffles me.
I mean in the real world a mongoose would beat a viper thanks to it's venom immunity and hide being too thick for the snakes fangs, But Seviper has a fucking sword for a tail and sabre tooth fangs. How can Zangoose even compete with this?

Well Zangoose has large claws and higher speed. It's a rivalry, they're supposed to be more or less equal (even though practically speaking Zangoose would dominate Seviper in-game).

I go for seviper. Massive fangs, blade for a tail, and its a huge ass snake. Zangoose is just edgy furbait. I'm still surprised its not dark type too

There was some image I saw a while back of a Mega Zangoose/ Mega Seviper idea that I really liked
Basically Zangoose wearing a Seviperskin mask and having gained poison abilities and Seviper wearing a Zangoose fur and having gotten a big defense boost and Fur Coat ability

Seviper is cooler, but Poison Boost Facade Zangoose was my MVP in Black 2
I prefer Zangoose. Seviper is alright but it'd look a lot better if it wasn't always scrunched up in that weird accordion shape.
Zangoose and name it Rikki Tikki.
