Definitely this guy, mostly because I didn't replay gen V that much. I don't know what the hell was gamefreak thinking. It's as if they created a Magikarp but never gave it an actual evolution.
A lot of Gen 5 stuff, like that psychic bat thing and the pidove line.. Most of the time I forget they exist. Also luvdisc, remoraid, mantine, plenty of water types I don't give a shit about because they are literally padding. There are too many water types because "muh realism" or something.

shheeeeit, this somehow ended up being my main water pokemon in my first and only 4th gen run. I had finneon and was like "oh damn I hope this turns into something cool" then it became lumineon and I thought it was only a 2nd evo cause it didn't seem enough. I still kept it to the end, though.

I think Zebstrika's problem is that it was in the gen with so many other great electric types - Eelektross, Emolga, and Galvantula are all amazing. Zebstrika is good too but it just can't compete with those designs. If it had been a gen with shit electrics like gen 3 it would've been much more memorable.

I think this is the most forgettable Pokemon of all time. I only remember it because I was consistently surprised that I forgot it every time I saw it.
I've replayed through R/S several times and have Omega Ruby but I've never caught one of these in any of my playthroughs.
