the Unown should get a second ability that makes them more powerful depending on how many are on your team. Every letter should have a different ability that affects all other Unowns.
For example, A would boost all special attack for your unowns, L would give them all ground immunity, S gives them all sturdy, B adds a burn chance to Hidden Power, etc.
Essentially you're running a Sliver deck from Magic the Gathering in Pokémon

All Unown now have perfect IVs, no Natures, and cannot breed.
They can now learn any Hidden Power, even four different ones.
The stats stay shit, though.
