How to fix Slow Start in one simple step:
1. Make the ability remember for how turns Reggie has been out in the field, and continue from where it left off the next time he comes out. So for example if you send him out, spend 4 turns doing whatever and call him back, when you send him out again he'll only need one turn to wake up and wreck shit.

There was this meta called pokemon NEXT(not sure why next was capslocked) Slaking could use status freely but the moment it used an attack truant would activate the turn after, he was shit, if by shit you mean shit in the way people use it to describe anything UU i.e "i`m too braindead to use this pokemon properly, so it bad"

Just give these two Stall.
Slow Start now lowers Regigigas' stats (Attack, Special Attack, Speed, and Evasion) to -3 when it enters battle, and each raises by 1 every turn, going up to +3 (Except Evasion, which stops at 0). It remembers how many turns it's been out, up to turn 3, so it will not restart after switching. It will lose any stat buffs, though. Regigigas' Base Stats get buffed to 110/160/110/110/110/100.

I appreciate them trying to make High-Risk/High-Reward Pokémon, but it's kind of undermined when there are so many Low-Risk/Higher-Reward Pokémon around now.
I think if they just lifted some of the weirder limitations they put on Slaking and Regigigas (Like having Entrainment, Worry Seed and Simple Beam not work with Truant or not giving Regigigas Rest or Protect) then they'd be a bit better.
