People talk about the Power Plant aspect of this Route, but the rest deserves so much more mention

>constant blowing wind slowing you down or speeding you up massively
>either more tedious to move, or harder to control
>you need to use the skates because there are rails
>the wind will make it literally impossible to go fast enough to not fall off in the bumps in the rails

We don't know, but I can tell you that it's a stupid idea to think everything X/Y built up is scrapped.
There's no text or code regarding these in any more detail than on the surface, no item or anything in the game that make the doors open, unlike what's been in games where things were left unused just like Arceus.
Hint: You could still obtain Arceus by getting the Azure Flute and all that, the event was programmed in. Here, there's nothing more to it than what you see.
