In a lot of art, and in my opinion, Asgard is portrayed in a way similar to Azoth. A location in Asgard; Valhalla also holds true to this. Not to mention, Asgard is basically the Norse mythology version of Heaven; in the sky, above everything else.
I see nothing in the articles that could connect Azoth to Asgard, nothing on Valhalla either.
However, I think it's safe to assume that if this is the case, then AZ could be inspired by Odin.
I don't know much on Norse mythology, but I know that Zygarde and its forms are basically embeded into it.
