Farfetch'd is one of the best false swipers. My farfetch'd knows false swipe, foresight, cut, and fly. Foresight lets you catch ghost type pokemon, and the two HM moves make him really worthwhile to carry around everywhere.
The ony downside is he doesn't learn any sleeping moves. Some alternatives are Breloom and Smeargle, who can both learn spore. Breloom has the best attack stat of the three, but can't learn any moves like foresight. Smeargle's attack stat is absolutely abyssmal, but it shouldn't matter too much if he's level 100. All three pokemon are equally great false swipers for their own reasons.
