Anyone else happy because this game is going to be nothing like the main games?
I don't have time to run around all day and train my pokemon, and it seems like you'll be able to stay competitive even with a moderate time investment with this simplified game approach they chose.
The mechanics honestly don't sound that horrible. I've tried Ingress and it was ok although it got boring fast, but I'm sure that the pokemon flavor and the fact that you'll be able to do stuff besides interacting with portals/gyms is going to make it much more enjoyable.

Honestly if people weren't dumbfucks about the whole thing and maybe, you know, tempered their expectations a little, we'd all have a laugh, recognize a fun spinoff for what it might be, and go on our ways.
