If you'd used it, you would know Maranga Berry doesn't activate if you're immune to the attack.
Same goes for Absorb Bulb with Storm Drain, which would be much better than your idea if it did work.

I have maranga berry bc 3 out of the 5 weaknesses it has revolve around special attackers (ie water, dark, ghost)

Chandelure is not fat ans/or fast enough to pull out calm mind based sweeps.
Smeargle SpA is close to nill so Fthrower is a bad idea.
You obviously are pretty new at this so please stick to more conventionnal sets, they'll teach you what you need about the game to make effective unconventionnal sets.

I only use Flamethrower to activate flashfire, smeargles moveset is Flamethrower, dark void, heal pulse, and helping hand, its timid just incase I ever need to use flamethrower on an opponent and it not totally suck
