I am obsessed with Infernape. Looks plus competitive wise, he stands above the rest. One of Ash's most dependable and loyal mons, it's no secret that Infernape is something to be cherished. Infernape is intelligent, nihilistic, with a wicked sense of humor.

Meganium and Emboar are the shittiest. Former's got a shit movepool and the latter can't do shit because it's slow and fragile. As for water, I don't have major qualms about any of them but I guess Samurott's probably the one with the least pros about it.
Best fire - Delphox, bc we finally got a break from fire/fighting, and there aren't a lot of witch/warlock themed pokemon
worst fire - Emboar, bc we got more fire/fighting and its design is horrible
best water - Feraligatr, bc its a fukn alligator, and probably the most competitively viable gen 2 poke
worst water - Samurott, bc its shit competitively, its got a good design but shell armor is bad bc its not even bulky and besides that its not great offensively, only good as an hm slave
best grass - venusaur, bc its THE most competitively viable grass starter, it has the option of being either bulky or offensive, when it megas it gains the ability thick fat leaving it with only 2 weaknesses with great stats to cover both
worst grass - meganium, bc it has a small movepool, making it rely on sleep powder, and its literally just a fukn flower(probs the worst design evar)
