Then I stand corrected on the stats issue. As for better lore, most of the box legendaries have better lore. Hell Genesect has better lore, what being the most alpha predator of ancient times and now revived, given armor, and a cannon strapped to his back. He's literally designed to be a weapon as opposed to Mewtwo who is just an attempt at science that fucked off to a cave.

Mewtwo is one of my favored legendary mons but I don't base my favorites on lore or stats. I base them strictly on design. Even if I brought lore into it, Terrakion would still be my favorite legend because I like the muskadeer lore more than the genetic experiment gone wrong.

primape is badly designed and bad in a competitive sense
electivire is probably one of the all around worst pokemon. It's not only frailer than eviolite elctabuzz by a large margin, but slower. It's literally a worse electabuzz. Not only that, but it's best STAB has a ton of recoil. It also has a shitty design imo.
