Exactly what makes this hideous piece of shit so special in terms of being a legendary? There's nothing 'legendary' about it. It's just some ugly hiding in a volcano or something. It even has a goddamn gender ratio for no fucking reason other than muh uniqueness. Even Rotom is more legendary than this thing.
I hate Gen 4 legendaries so much, but this is the absolute worst of the bunch.
I feel like it was an attempt to have something like Gen 1 Eevee/Farfetch'd/Snorlax/fossils. i.e. not a true legendary but still only limited quantities.
I just pretend that it's a pseudo whose prevos haven't been seen.
It's legendary for being annoyingly strong in singles.

Yes but it's fixed, like Latios and Latias. Heatran is the only legendary to date that has a mixed gender ratio instead of only one or neither.
