Mega Gardevoir...no seriously. I very rarely have it fail me. All you need is a good physically defensive pivot to check talonflame and scizzor and you're set.

Also, on a personal note, use calm mind. Don't just throw 4 random moves on there. One calm mind, and you one-shot EVERYTHING ...almost. Two calm minds and you don't even have to worry about resisted hits TOO much.
