DARK / Thunder
DARK might seem weird at first, but if Rotom was a Yugimon then it would probably implement its gimmick where its other forms are all different attributes + Machine. LIGHT would be Fridge because Wash does WATER. DARK also reflects that its a Ghost-type and the others aren't.
I'd guess Light and Warrior for Gallade
