KIR and the MH games are most graphically intensive and run 60 on the 3DS, it's just poor coding. The same poor coding that needed Iwata to compress GSC's carts as much as he did.
I'm not asking for 60, hell 30 is fine because it's a turn-based rpg. But at least make the framerate fucking consistent and not prone to stuttering.
