A few years ago I had a fucking stupid idea.
I thought it'd be cool to do a DnD type thing, but set in the Pokemon world. Where yes, every battle calculation would be made.
Maybe there's a way to set a program up to so it all for you? And then if you're into it, grab a few mates around the table and go on a Pokemon adventure, crafting your story.
Maybe it could work. Does anyone else think that?

/tg/ started a Pokemon tabletop quite a while ago, and it's still around. They even had an edition war, so to speak, but both parties are still on good terms. I'm running Pokemon Tabletop United in a few hours, in fact.

Yeah, if it exists, there's a TTRPG for it. Especially for something as popular as pokemon.
PTU is really the most in-depth system out there, though if you don't like the level of detail it goes to, you probably won't enjoy playing it.

I'm not sure Pokémon would be the best for a tabletop RPG, I'd like to see one but I'm not sure how it could be done without being shit.
I'm actually working on converting everything from Pokemon so it functions under D&D 3.5e rules.

Like this anon said PTU already did it and did it well. Though I would keep your game group small as when you have too many players with 6 pokemon each it gets a little hard to stay on top of it all. Check 1d4chan for the books, it's all player made and free.
