It's supposed to be a water starter. I had doodles of the evolved forms on my old computer, but not on this new one. If the thread is still alive tomorrow (it's late for me), I'll try to make and post doodles of the evos. Final form would be Water/Fairy.
As for others, I had the ideas for the other two starters, box legends, and an early route rodent.

This was what I was working on before deciding to turn in. I'll probably have to tweak it, but this is the basic idea. The weird leaf parts are based on drosera/sundew plants. The idea is that it lures prey with its leaves, makes the prey stick to them, then bends them to its mouth to eat the prey. This would be the grass starter's final form, a grass/poison type.
