Megastones, mewtwo and zygarde, i think theres some dude who gives out quests in the city

Beg a hacker for a perfect foriegn ditto and start breeding.

Breeding's easier in OR/AS in case you plan on getting that but I prefer breeding in X so Pokemon gain more experience when I grind them up in OR.

Perfect bike loop, IV checker in the same zone, and move tutors/Blissey bases for leveling up once you breed the perfect mon.

Battle Resort is the most perfect place in the franchise for hatching pokémon.

Blissey in the Secret Bases can make your pokémon go from LV1 to 50 in blink, also the best place for level up in the franchise.
