Likely because only one of the other two got a colored in version but photos of it colored in were at really odd angles, and the other is confusing to look at and wasn't colored in at all, it was hard to even tell what the other was meant to be. The Fire one looked to be a monstrous rabbit and the Water one a dolphin mixed with a frog with a strange ridge on its head.
