Not relevant to the meta game, but it can learn Extrasensory, Gust, Aurora Beam, Mist, Mirror Coat, Blizzard, Shadow Ball, Reflect, Dig, Bulldoze, Iron Head, Iron Tail, Signal Beam. Ice/Psychic/Steel/Ground/Bug moves all on a Water Pokemon is pretty cool in my book.
Another one I love because of that is Ninetails, who is virtually a Ghost type, and can learn lots of Psychic and Ghost moves despite being a mono Fire type.
