Are there any gym leaders who you strongly dislike for whatever reason?

I have long envisioned a mighty foghting type leader that is a successor to long line of foghting type specialist that guards a location of a fighting legendary.

First Ghost Gym leader. Introduced in Gen II. Did he have Gen II ghost? Nope. Just The Gengar line from the Gen prior. Really disappointing considering Ecruteak City is probably my favorite location in the series.
