It's Shisaa though, the Caesar thing was a mistranslation because the translators didn't know what a Shisaa is. It's especially obvious since the movie he's in takes place in Okinawa, which is where shisaa come form.
But yeah, that's the only kaiju I can think of that is a dog of some kind
