Um, bar the Lugia set(not even the optimal spread), none of these sets are on smogon. Also, Lugia runs roost because of its fairly high speed stat, allowing its weaknesses to mons like kyuremw, rock move primaldon, and zekrom to be negated, which is why it usually runs 136 speed to outspeed them. So yes, roost is better than recover in ubers.

There's no reason to be running Water Spout on Primal Kyogre over Origin Pulse or Surf
Lugia is supposed to stall, the faster the opponent burns his Pokémon's PP the better, that's why Pressure is better unless you're setting up Calm Minds on an attacking set or something
There's literally no excuse to be running Pressure over Regenerator on Ho-Oh with Smogon Rocks being so common and Brave Bird being its only good Flying Type attack, some sets even run Flare Blitz along with Sacred Fire because of its low PP and half of the Pokémon in the tier having Pressure, it is also Choice'd which means it will be switching out a lot, not getting the Regenerator recovery would be a waste
And I don't even know what that Mewtwo set is supposed to do, apparently it is supposed to be bulky, Drain Punch would be a better option if that's the case, Sp. Def. investment with Bulk Up would be better as well

Okay, sorry if I was rude. Best advice is to ditch that loser Mewtwo and get yourself a Mega Diancie since it wrecks a lot of shit you're otherwise bad against (Darkrai, Latios). Also, I'd switch Primal Kyogre to Scarf sicne everyone expects Primal Kyogre now and that can take people by surprise and is still really freaking good. Your team is pretty low speed in general, so adding a fast guy like that for revenge killing might work.
