Let's face it, we all want to be placed into the world of Pokemon. And for anyone that has the smallest grip of reality knows this will never happen. I feel like Pokemon will grow and become more personalized, we see this with X and Y being able to interact with our Pokemon and make our trainers more like us. In Pokemon Pt, we actually got to own our own home.
I would personally love to see this go further and be more immersed into the game. What do you think /vp/, What new features could be added to make Pokemon more immersive.

As much as I hate to admit it, they definitely have been hamming up the romance between the protag and rival in XY/ORAS. It goes as far back as gen 4 though, with HGSS. Lyra's grandparents' joke about you being their boyfriend/girlfriend. Then in BW, we got Yancy/Curtis. So far it's all been that cutesy childish puppylove and only hinted at; they never explicitly say anything about the protag being in a relationship. So it's definitely there, but I doubt GF would ever develop it beyond what it already is.

Well with X and Y there was Shauna seemingly having a crush on the player while you watch the fireworks at Parfum Palace. This was seen more if you play as Calem, but if playing as Serena it's more of a gal pal situation. And with ORAS it's basically hinted at with you and Brendan/May at the Mossdeep Space Center where you basically go on a "date".

That might be too much, just give the player a home whom they can customize. Kinda like Skyrim where you had choices of homes, I would like to see that in Pokemon.
Make the trainer customization more in depth. Like adding height, skin tone, and eye color shaders. And Child/Teen/Adult age settings so NPCs can talk to you a bit differently depending on what your avatar's general age is supposed to be.
Try and bring back following Pokemon, even if it's only limited to Pokemon that aren't too big, but unlike HGSS, leave it as an option in case people don't like having something obscure their backs all the time.
