I have a little of everything but just got paid a little bonus at work so I want to buy two booster boxes. I don't want I spend more than 130$ for each so which set should I buy that can get me some value cards. I am wanting a shaymin EX FA.

You can only get the good Shaymin FA in Roaring Skies. I'm not a yank so I dunno how much they cost in burgerland, but they're about £70-£80.
